Acceptance of Terms v3.2

• gb999 reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal request that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.

• Obvious errors in odds, whether caused by technical faults or human error, do not constitute valid bets. gb999 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gb999 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one account on the gb999 platform.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

Account Suspension & Closure

gb999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion. Reasons for such action may include, but are not limited to, suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious transaction patterns, or regulatory requirements.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. During a suspension, the account balance will be frozen and no deposits or withdrawals will be permitted.
• Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, gb999 may forfeit the account balance in part or in full, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
